Group Fitness Classes

All classes at Signature Fitness are included in your gym membership at no additional cost. We offer over 50 dynamic, exciting classes seven days a week.

Group Fitness Studios are all equipped with state of the art equipment, audio/stereo systems, spring or rubber flooring, floor to ceiling mirrors, and ceiling fans/lighting.

We offer a variety of the most current and popular classes such as Zumba, Yoga, Spinning, HIIT Bootcamps, Circuit Training, and much more!!


Vinyasa: This 60-minute class builds on your foundational postures while encouraging adaptability + flexibility in both body and mind through a challenging sequence. You can expect a well-rounded class that explores the connection between breath + movement in both static holds and fluid movement. Pace is determined by each individual instructor.

Dharma: Dharma Yoga is a modern interpretation of classical Eight-limbed or Hatha-Raja Yoga, deeply rooted in ethical precepts that includes elements of flowing Vinyasa, inversions and held poses that will help you to discover concentration, meditation, abiding contentedness and deep healing relaxation.

Gentle Flow: is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.

Heated Power Yoga: Hot Power Yoga is practiced in a heated room to loosen muscles and encourage sweating. The room temperature is usually between 85 and 100 degrees


Spin: Whether you are a serious cyclist or just love the caloric burn, spin is the class for you. This class uses cadence, jumps, sprints, isolations, and hill climbs to give to the optimum workout. This high energy ride will take you to a new level of fitness. Come find the inspiration you’ve been looking for to achieve your goals!

Boot Camp

A boot camp workout is basically a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. A boot camp workout also can include functional fitness, such as using whole-body, multijoint exercises that simulate movements people do in life.


HITT class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high, intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Modifications for all levels are provided.


Introduce your kids to fitness through this fun and high-energy class. Children from ages 6-12 may join. There is a $5 fee, and a parent must sign the consent form. Please see sales department for more details. 


A combination of cardio, boxing and martial arts providing a total body workout aiming to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Come try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you!

Full Body Evolution

New upcoming style of aerobics originated from Peru. Combining Latin dance, kickboxing and step aerobics. 

Half and Half

Sculpting and toning class focusing on both your upper and lower body.


HIIT workouts are a popular kind of exercise that involve exerting your maximum energy during short periods of time. HIIT workouts require you bursts of high-intensity strength and cardio exercises followed by brief periods of recovery.

Boot Camp

Total body workout with an intense functional training format designed to enhance agility, speed, strength, cardio and endurance.


An intense cardio warmup, boxing with intervals of bodyweight exercises, and of course, core work. All three rounds are extremely challenging and are sure to leave you drenched in sweat from head to toe.

Kettle Ballers

You will use kettle-balls in ways you never knew you could. Learn proper form and technique as you preform workout movements. This is a high energy class made for all fitness levels. 

Lower Body Strength

A mix between HIIT/plyometric training and strrength.


Form focused low intensity centered on flexibility and range of motion.


Tone your entire body on and off the rowing machine.

Upper Body + Core

Challenge yourself with this training class which focuses on your upper body and your abdominal muscles.

BLT (Butt, Legs and Thighs)

BLT is the ultimate lower body workout!  This conditioning class aims to target those hard to tone areas of your butt, legs and thighs.
