OUR MISSION

Our mission is to facilitate and develop peak athletic performance in all of our Performance Members. On the field or on the platform, we are here to elevate athletes from all walks of life and backgrounds.

No matter the sport or athletic background our facility and staff are designed to break through your performance barriers and create well rounded athletes.

OUR FACILITY:

We offer a 5,000 sq ft (USPA/USAPL/IPF Approved) training facility, state of the art equipment and world class atmosphere.

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Class Schedule:
Tuesdays S+C Strength with Jessica Falbourn from 6:30 – 7:30 AM.
Saturdays S+C Endurance with Kenny Reilly from 9:30 – 10:30 AM.
